Sergeant First Class Everett "Butch" Perry is the Army Instructor (AI) for the Indian Battalion at RHS. Prior to coming to Ripon High School, Sergeant Perry spent 22 years on active duty in the United States Army. At the beginning of the 1998-1999 school year, the JROTC program was started under the guidance of SFC Perry.
In July of 2000, Lieutenant Colonel Patrick Y. Dunn joined SFC Perry at RHS as the Senior Army Instructor (SAI). Colonel Dunn served 24 years on active duty in the United States Army prior to coming to RHS to be the Senior Army Instructor. Together, the two instructors bring 46 years of experience in leadership, motivation, and dedication to the table for the JROTC program.
